Payments + Collection
Payment is required before or at collection prior to cleaning. Trainers must be collected within 48 hours of completion, unless otherwise arranged. A £5 daily storage fee applies thereafter.

Good to know
Do you clean all trainers?
We work with a range of trainer brands and materials. Every pair is assessed to determine the most suitable treatment.
Can you remove every stain?
We always aim for the best possible result, but some stains, discolouration and damage may be permanent.
How long does it take?
Turnaround times are confirmed when booking. Need them urgently? Ask about our Same Day Express service (+£25), subject to availability.
Do you offer collection + delivery?
Yes! Local collection and return is available for £5, with free local collection and delivery on qualifying orders of £70+.
Is there any risk to my trainers?
We take great care with every pair. However, pre-existing damage, weakened materials and counterfeit trainers may react unpredictably to cleaning. We cannot guarantee complete restoration or accept responsibility for pre-existing damage. All footwear is assessed before treatment.
